• Summary

• The Fyreye MKII conventional optical smoke detector MKII-OP features an IR LED and photodiode that utilize a pulsing method to detect smoke particles in the chamber.

  This smoke detector is ideal for identifying optical dense smoke, specifically from materials like soft furnishings, PVC, plastic, foam, and other similar materials that emit fine visible particles (0.5 to 10μm).

  The detector is compatible with the majority of current fire alarm control panels, and is equipped with a secure grub screw to deter unauthorized removal of the head.
